This thesis contains technical report, construction study of main technological stages, supply management for selected technological processes, technical report of site facilities including drawings, construction machinery and equipment for selected technological processes, technological specification for execution of earthworks SO01 & SO02, technological specification for execution of foundations SO01 & SO02, control and test plan for execution of earthworks, control and test plan for execution of foundations, safety and health protection plan for selected technological processes, construction site noise study and a construction study of reconstruction of roads in the terminal area.

The Block of Flats in Brno, Bystrc - Project Planning and Management

This thesis deals with the project planning and management of the construction of two houses of flats in Brno – Bystrc, Šemberova street. The houses of flats are designed as a newly built five floors above ground and one basement floor. The supporting system is made from brick ceramic blocks, underground floor is made of concrete blocks. This thesis processes technological project of building as preparation and building site equipment, use of machines necessary for implementation of the construction, monitoring and test plan, technological steps for basement walls of shuttering blocks. Finally, in this thesis dealt with time and cost of construction of houses of flats.

The thesis is being processed vertical and horizontal massive monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton realization. The thesis is report, budget, time schedule, technological specification, design of site equipment, design of machinery, design of road construction and next text and drawing documentation processed by assignment of diploma thesis.

Apartment building in Ivančice - building technology project

The goal of this thesis is a construction technological project of an apartment building in Ivančice. The work focuses on the graphic visualisation of earth and foundation works progress and consequently on the item budget and timetable for construction works. Technological regulation for earth and foundation works with the changes on foundation constructions, organization of the construction, construction site equipment plan, draft of the main machinery and mechanisms are also part of this work. Technical report, coordination layout with a description of transport options, schedule, and financial plan are also part of this thesis.

Warehouse in Šakvice - construction technological project

Main goal of this thesis is effective design and comprehensible description of the assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton warehouse in Šakvice. In several chapters of this thesis is for preparing of this investor´s plan solved supplies prefabricated components. As well as their assembly into construction, equipment of construction site, used technologies, quality control and safety of performed works. There is great emphasis on the construction budget and its chronology. The aim was to use the rapid progress of construction of the supporting skeleton, taking into account the financial coast of the proposed technology.

This thesis deals with reconstruction of the home for the elderly Plaveč main building. These reconstruction is primarily interior renovation, the rooms of clients and staff facilities, but also the surrounding of the building. All work will be in full operation. Consideration of this factor in the organization of construction is the main subject of this thesis, which shall include traffic contexts, costing, budget, time schedule, equipment of construction site, construction machinery, technology procedure, occupational safety and resources.
